2021 Learning Vacation Cancellation and Payment Policy
The CNSC is committed to the safety and health of our guests and staff, while ensuring that your trip runs as planned whenever allowed by current health guidelines.
2021 Payment and Cancellation Policy
Deposits: At time of booking 20% of the total trip fee is due immediately. This deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of trip cancellation due to low registration numbers (see below). In the event that the CNSC receives guidance from Public Health that a departure cannot go ahead as scheduled, guests will be rescheduled into another trip of their choosing and the deposit will be transferred to that trip. Deposits will carry over to their next trip of choice and be credited at 120% of the original deposit paid.
Payments: Payment for Learning Vacation bookings are due 60 days before the start of the trip. In the event that the CNSC receives guidance from Public Health that a departure cannot go ahead as scheduled, guests will be rescheduled into another trip of their choosing and your booking will carry over to that trip.
Transfers: Payments are transferrable without penalty to another guest.
Refunds: Refunds are only given in circumstances where the CNSC cancels trips due to low registration. Guests may choose whether they would like a refund or to transfer their credit to a future booking.
Dates: Please be aware that the CNSC makes every attempt to pick tour dates that coincide well with air and train arrivals, but these schedules are out of our control. When possible, we will sometimes modify our trip dates slightly after their publication to better align our schedules with updates to the air or train schedule. Insurance: The CNSC strongly advises that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
